Division 01
Integrated Marine Logistics
Integrated Marine Logistics sits at the heart of BAM Global’s commercial offering, serving shippers, charterers, and bulk commodity exporters who need a single accountable partner from cargo origination through ocean carriage. We coordinate Technical Marine Logistics (TML) for moisture-sensitive mineral cargoes, manage clearing and forwarding through Liberian customs and port authorities, and provision vessels through our ship chandling network. Each engagement is structured around documented compliance with the IMSBC Code, transparent pricing, and the technical evidence trail that underwriters and P&I Clubs require. The result is faster cargo movement, lower demurrage exposure, and a defensible record of pre-loading due diligence for every shipment.

Port Operations
BAM Global’s Port Operations division is licensed to operate across all ports of Liberia and provides the on-the-ground execution that keeps tonnage moving through our region’s commercial gateways. From port-call management and berth scheduling to stevedoring oversight, tug and pilot coordination, and cargo handling supervision, our shore-based teams manage the full sequence of activities required to turn a vessel safely and efficiently. We work across bulk, breakbulk, RoRo, tanker, and container operations, interfacing directly with port authorities, terminal operators, and ships' masters. The objective is straightforward: shorter turnaround times, fewer cargo claims, and a single point of accountability for the owner or charterer.

Offshore Support Services
BAM Global’s Offshore Support Services division provides full-spectrum logistics, personnel, and technical assistance for offshore platforms, drilling units, and marine construction spreads operating in West African waters. We coordinate platform supply runs, crew change rotations, equipment mobilization, and mooring-and-anchoring assessments through a vetted network of onshore and offshore labor. Pre-installation marine assessments and operational risk reviews are completed before mobilization, with offshore safety compliance verified throughout the engagement. Operators rely on us to keep assets supplied, crews rotated on schedule, and operations executed safely in a region where reliable local execution makes the difference between schedule adherence and expensive standby.

Marine Survey & Infrastructure
Marine Survey & Infrastructure is the technical engine of BAM Global, delivering the engineering and inspection work that informs commercial decisions, infrastructure investments, and regulatory submissions across the maritime sector. Our certified surveyors conduct draft surveys, condition surveys, bunker quantity surveys, and damage assessments with photographic documentation that withstands legal and insurance scrutiny. The hydrographic and oceanographic team executes bathymetric mapping, tidal analysis, and coastal monitoring in support of port expansion, dredging programs, and feasibility studies. All technical work is wrapped in a documented HSEC framework and disciplined project management, giving clients the governance and reporting they expect from a serious technical services partner.
