BAM Global is an independent maritime services and marine operations company licensed to operate in all ports of Liberia. We deliver structured solutions across port operations, offshore support, marine surveys, dredging support, hydrographic services, and cargo risk management.
Our practice was founded on a clear thesis: West Africa’s commercial maritime sector — from iron-ore exports to offshore platform support — is increasingly underwritten by global capital that expects global standards. Documented procedures. Calibrated equipment. Independent reporting. A defensible technical record. We built BAM Global to deliver exactly that, on the ground, in-region, with full local operating authority.
Today the company operates from two offices — Paynesville (HQ) outside Monrovia and Buchanan in Grand Bassa County — and serves clients across the marine value chain, from mine-gate cargo certification through ocean carriage, port call, and offshore platform support.

Niahson Porte

Mr. Porte leads strategic operations across marine logistics, stevedoring, vessel agency, and digital transformation. With over two decades of experience spanning global infrastructure, technology integration, and shipping operations in Liberia, he brings deep executive insight to the country’s marine landscape. He holds a BSc in Mathematics from Cuttington University and an MBA from Penn State University.
Theo Dennis
Chief Operating Officer · Marine Operations & Project Execution
Mr. Dennis provides strategic oversight of operations and project execution. With over 25 years of business development experience in the U.S. and Liberia, he brings cross-industry expertise across mining, road construction, industrial fisheries, and regional shipping — reflecting practical, hands-on proficiency across multiple sectors. He holds dual degrees in Economics and Accounting from Cuttington University.
Dr. John Natt
Chief Technical Officer · Survey, Engineering, Compliance & QA
Dr. Natt leads operations at BAM Global and is responsible for the company’s marine audit practice. An expert in port development and coastal engineering, he has vast experience in offshore and coastal inlet dredging. He holds multiple civil engineering degrees and a PhD in Oceanography and Sustainable Renewable Energy from the University of Melbourne.
