Division 03

Offshore Support Services

Full-spectrum logistics, personnel, and technical assistance for offshore platforms, drilling units, and marine construction spreads operating in West African waters.

The division

Local execution that keeps offshore operations on schedule.

BAM Global’s Offshore Support Services division provides full-spectrum logistics, personnel, and technical assistance for offshore platforms, drilling units, and marine construction spreads operating in West African waters. We coordinate platform supply runs, crew change rotations, equipment mobilization, and mooring-and-anchoring assessments through a vetted network of onshore and offshore labor. Pre-installation marine assessments and operational risk reviews are completed before mobilization, with offshore safety compliance verified throughout the engagement. Operators rely on us to keep assets supplied, crews rotated on schedule, and operations executed safely in a region where reliable local execution makes the difference between schedule adherence and expensive standby.

  • Drilling units (jack-ups, semi-subs)
  • Production platforms & FPSOs
  • Marine construction spreads
  • Pipelay & cable-lay vessels
  • Subsea installation campaigns
  • Offshore wind & renewables (emerging)
  • Survey & geotechnical campaigns
  • Decommissioning & abandonment
  • Emergency response & standby
